Information Technology Manager

This is a full-time, on‑site position for an Information Technology Manager located in Portsmouth, RI. The Information Technology Manager will oversee the IT operations, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the organization’s technology systems. Responsibilities include managing hardware and software, leading system upgrades, supervising an IT team, securing network and data systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with other departments to align IT initiatives with company objectives.

• Strong skills in IT infrastructure management, system administration, and network security
• Experience with troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and software systems
• Project management and team leadership skills to oversee IT projects and manage team performance
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection best practices
• Proficiency in enterprise‑level applications, server management, and IT compliance standards
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various departments and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, or equivalent) are a plus
• Experience in the textile industry or similar industries is an advantage
