• Salary up to $150,000 annually (+bonus & car allowance)

• Provide direct leadership and coaching for 5-10 Territory Sales Representatives in the designated geography
• Drive sales initiatives and expand customer accounts through new products and services
• Lead regular team meetings to facilitate innovative discussions and strategies for growing sales revenue
• Communicate customer feedback to leadership for product and opportunity enhancements
• Monitor team performance using CRM data (MS Dynamics) and ensure the completion of sales responsibilities to company standards

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record in competitive markets
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Excellent communication skills for interpersonal and presentation purposes

• Experience in grocery, food service, and distribution sectors
• Proven ability to close deals and mentor teams effectively
• Solid knowledge of project management and negotiation tactics
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications, specifically Microsoft Dynamics
• Flexibility to travel throughout the continental U.S. as needed
