What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support an environment that drives sales by delivering strong customer service.
• Consistently uphold brand-enhancing store standards to create a positive customer experience.
• Support store achievement of established sales and profit plans.
• Protect company assets and control inventory shrinkage.
• Collaborate as a team to grow the store and brand, and provide constructive and positive feedback to one another.
• Explain merchandise to customers to drive sales.
• Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency at the point of sale.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability.
• Hire, train, and coach store staff of qualified employees.

• Excellent selling skills.
• Knowledge of a POS system to ring up sales.
• Experience in retail, customer service, and inventory control.
• A professional image in words, actions, and appearance.
• A tendency to embrace challenges and exceed goals.
• Dedication, punctuality, and responsibility.
• Self-motivation and ethical behavior with pride in work quality.
• Solution-oriented mindset and leadership in a team environment.

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand, move around the store, lift/push products up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder to complete duties.
• At least one year of previous retail management experience.
