Matchworks is looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative In Work Mentor who will help to turn jobs into lasting careers by coaching people and employers to build inclusive, supportive workplaces. Salary: $65,957 - $87,827 (pro rata) + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits
Employment status: Part time 0.5 Permanent

As an In Work Mentor in our team you’ll:

• Be on the ground, providing hands-on coaching and guidance at the workplace.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with participants and employers.
• Create personalised retention plans that keep participants thriving at work.

• A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
• An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
• Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

• Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
