You will be a natural born leader who works well in a team and can lead by example, share their knowledge and skills, be open to implementing new business ideas and above all want to grow your counter and business to its full potential. You will also:

• Manage targets and sales figures
• Motivate, mentor and lead a team
• Implement self-starter promotions and new business initiatives
• Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Be the glue that holds the counter together.

We are seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to join our team who has:

• Proven experience working within the Retail and or Beauty industry and achieving sales targets
• A passion for all things Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves
• Strong technical competency in makeup artistry, ideally a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry
• Great time management, problem solving and communication skills
• Experience managing a small team would also be an advantage.

This position is full time and involves working on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturrday roster.
