Responsibilities
  • CASH WRAP – Greeting the customer with a smile, offering your name, interacting genuinely, reading cues, capturing emails/phone where permitted, maintaining POS accuracy, organizing the cash wrap, suggesting add‑ons and selling gift cards, complying with Coach policy, thanking the customer and creating a lasting impression.
  • STOCKROOM / WAREHOUSE – Receiving shipment and transfers, notifying Store Management of new product, scanning cartons, verifying store information, communicating discrepancies, processing shipment/transfers to Coach standards, organizing and cleaning the stock room daily (including offsite remote warehouse), shifting/organizing product in the stockroom, managing stock levels/product ownership, preparing cycle counts, participating in store physical inventory counts, maintaining loss prevention standards.
  • SALES FLOOR – Analyzing the sales floor for replenishment needs, replenishing the sales floor or assigned zone, reacting to sell‑through, executing visual merchandising needs, supporting sales floor activities, effectively communicating price points, features, color, and stock availability to multiple customers, responding confidently to customer requests, partnering with sales team or Store Management when needed, upholding housekeeping standards.

Experience & Qualifications

1–3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales, etc.), preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), walkie talkie, reading price and product release sheets. Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room;

climbing, bending, kneeling required. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days.

Work Setup

Base pay range $15.13 to $16.50 Hourly. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and other applicable pay laws.
