Job Description:

We’re a national wireless retailer with 200+ stores across the U.S. Since 1993, we’ve provided superior service and the latest wireless technology. This role is part of our Retail Team, living the brand and our core values while delivering top‑class customer experiences in a high‑volume, high‑traffic flagship store.

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, via customer care, or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and expertise.
• Apply digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and device troubleshooting.
• Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, and knowledge of systems.
• Build relationships with peers and store leaders, owning the customer experience and resolving issues.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.
• Maintain a positive, customer‑centric attitude with patience, honesty, and empathy.

• A strong desire to learn and master customer advocacy skills.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices.
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• 6+ months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full‑time (40 h) or part‑time (20+ h) availability
