Registered Nurse; RN Nursing Float Pool

Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – Nursing Float Pool, Full Time, Day shift at Trinitas Regional Medical Center.

The Trinitas nursing float pool provides extraordinary care to patients across all populations, including Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Oncology units. We manage acutely ill patients requiring complex assessment, high-intensity therapies and interventions, and continuous nursing vigilance. Our care management includes evidence-based practice bundles delivered with compassion and caring.

• Organize and administer individualized age-specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit in support of medical care.
• Support the philosophy, objectives, and mission/vision of Saint Barnabas Medical Center and the Department of Nursing.
• Practice in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, Department of Health Regulations, TJC requirements, and other regulatory agencies.
• Participate in patient teaching and discharge planning.
• Participate in unit Performance Improvement evaluation activities.

• Active New Jersey RN license required
• ASN or BSN required
• AHA BLS required prior to start date
• Previous Critical Care or Telemetry experience preferred

• Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend required; schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs
• Full Time
• Mandatory Orientation

Pay Range: $46.90 - $63.09 per hour
