Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and revenue-focused ISV Client Partner to lead growth across Independent Software Vendor (ISV) accounts. This role carries full account ownership including revenue expansion, executive relationship management, large deal pursuits, and strategic account planning.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience selling IT services and digital engineering solutions to ISV/SaaS/product companies across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow P&L for assigned ISV accounts
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing relationships
  • Build and manage C-level relationships (CEO, CTO, CIO, CPO)
  • Position services across Cloud, Data & AI, Product Engineering, SaaS transformation, and Modernization
  • Collaborate with global delivery and practice teams to craft differentiated solutions
  • Maintain strong pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, and revenue predictability
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term strategic partnerships
Required Qualifications
  • 12–18+ years of experience in IT services sales / client partnership
  • Proven track record managing $10M+ accounts or closing multi‑million‑dollar deals
  • Strong experience selling into ISVs, SaaS, or software product companies
  • Deep understanding of Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Digital Engineering, and AI/Data platforms
  • Experience operating in North American markets
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
