IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

In this role, you will:- Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
- Define program goals, roadmaps, and OKRs aligned with organizational strategy.
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including RACI and KPI tracking.
- Coach teams on Agile principles (Scrum, SAFe), ensuring adoption and maturity.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, retrospectives, PI planning.
- Maintain dependency plans across sprints and mitigate risks proactively.
- Act as a conduit between senior leadership, engineering, and business teams.
- Provide regular status updates and dashboards to executives.
- Foster open communication and resolve conflicts effectively.
- 10–15 years in program/project management, with at least 10 years in technical delivery roles.
- Banking Industry knowledge and Payment’s expertise.
- Requires advanced knowledge of project and program management principles.
- Leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, and executive communication.

The annual salary for this position is between $113,000- $181,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
