Job Overview: Trinitas Regional Medical Center ER is a state-of-the-art facility that recently underwent an $18.7 million renovation, nearly doubling the treatment beds from 27 to 45. Care is delivered in personalized areas catering to families, seniors, and behavioral patients. The project includes a 128-slice CT scanner and an onsite ultrasound suite, enhancing diagnostic speed and detail. As a full-service hospital, we provide comprehensive general and specialized care, including pediatric and obstetric services.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: AHA BLS certification prior to start date
• Previous ER experience and/or Med Surg, Telemetry experience preferred
• ER Certifications and/or national certifications preferred

Scheduling Requirements:

• Night Shift
• Per Diem
• Schedule varies based on department needs;
  Monday-Friday, with every other weekend and holiday rotation possible

Essential Functions:

Patient Care Associates perform routine and advanced patient care tasks under nursing supervision, assisting with examinations, treatments, and patient comfort. They handle clerical and technical duties, participate in patient care interventions, perform dressings and wound care, assist with nutrition, hygiene, mobility, and elimination, and prepare patients and equipment for procedures, including obtaining specimens and vital signs.
