What You'll Do:

As part of our dynamic clinical team, you'll provide high-quality, in-person and virtual client-centered therapy services and play a vital role in supporting positive behavioral health outcomes across our community. Your work will help change lives-and it will be backed by a team that values integrity, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop individualized, client-centered treatment plans and progress updates
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the MyEvolv electronic health record system
  • Submit Levels of Service (LOS) and treatment summaries per program timelines
  • Ensure ethical, legal, and professional standards are met at all times
  • Uphold confidentiality and child welfare laws with the highest professionalism

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with electronic health record systems
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and planning skills
  • Some experience with evidence-based treatments preferred
