Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

• Take ownership of mechanical design for valves, pumps, and fluid control devices from concept through development
• Perform and oversee stress, thermal, fluid flow, and tolerance stack-up analyses
• Review and ensure compliance with customer component and sub-tier specifications
• Define and coordinate development testing (DVT, ATP, QTP) and verification matrices
• Prepare and support PDR/CDR technical reviews and customer deliverables (CDRLs)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, QA, supply chain, and program management
• Communicate technical and schedule issues proactively to management

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or equivalent Engineering (advanced degree preferred)
• 2–5 years of design experience, ideally with valves, pumps, or fluid control systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain/maintain security clearance
