• Watching partner‑school educators and support staff in action, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning methods, and providing coaching through structured one‑on‑one or small‑group formats.
• Working with students individually or in small groups: tracking their progress in learning applications, developing goal‑setting capabilities, and modeling effective strategies for the broader team.
• Facilitating life skills sessions that actively involve students and exemplify strong facilitation for observing staff.
• Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship strategies and confirm academic objectives are achieved.
• Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address their questions.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Able to work on‑site at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation accepted).
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or related field working with youth or adults.
• At least 1 year of experience training or coaching adults (teachers, staff, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience working with children ages 5‑14 in educational or youth development contexts.
