Job DescriptionWe are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team and has the ability to work independently and without direct supervision. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support is essential for this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Basicqualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience of increasing complexity.
- Demonstrates knowledge in various software programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. Has the capacity to learn new software in a timely manner.
- Fast learner with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Provide general administrative support to designated Managers.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for 1 Director
- Manage and process expense reports for several Directors and Senior Brand Managers.
- Book conference rooms for meetings
- Provide support for recruitment process.
- Handle Interview schedules
- Support administrative activities on designated projects
- Process and be responsible for handling of checks for Regional Events
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Good computer skills including Work, Excel, MS Outlook and Power Point
- Able to prioritize work effectively
- Approachable to staff seeking help
