Albemarle Home Care and Hospice, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., delivers compassionate clinical care in the patient’s home. We seek a dedicated Full‑time PTA to support licensed Physical Therapists in providing personalized home‑health therapy services.

• Deliver physical therapy services as outlined in the supervising Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Implement treatment protocols that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and functional recovery.
• Monitor patient responses and communicate updates to the PT or Case Manager.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency policy and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care.

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active PTA license in North Carolina.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable physical therapy experience.
• Previous home health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care.
