At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Empower Program
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and being a reliable point of contact in a mission-driven environment.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm
Your Role in Our Mission:
- Answer phones and assist callers professionally
- Support participant and staff check-in/check-out
- Prepare, file, and track billing and program paperwork
- Assist with invoicing, payments, deposits, and basic finance tasks
- Support staff onboarding and attend team meetings
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized site
- Provide occasional program support as needed

What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations respectfully
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and office equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
