At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Empower Program
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and being a reliable point of contact in a mission-driven environment.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm

Your Role in Our Mission:

• Answer phones and assist callers professionally
• Support participant and staff check-in/check-out
• Prepare, file, and track billing and program paperwork
• Assist with invoicing, payments, deposits, and basic finance tasks
• Support staff onboarding and attend team meetings
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized site
• Provide occasional program support as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations respectfully
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and office equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
