We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage outbound shipping operations and support efficient logistics processes within our warehouse.

The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily shipping activities, preparing accurate shipping documentation, creating carrier labels, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role requires hands‑on experience with major carriers and strong attention to detail.

• Create and process shipping labels using UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and freight carriers
• Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips and bills of lading, labels
• Schedule carrier pickups and track outbound shipments
• Verify shipment weights, dimensions, and addresses for accuracy
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet shipping deadlines
• Resolve shipping issues, delivery discrepancies, and carrier claims
• Maintain organized shipping records and documentation

• Minimum of 2 years of shipping or logistics experience
• Hands‑on experience with UPS and Fed Ex shipping platforms
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast‑paced environment
• ERP or shipping software experience preferred
