Full‑Time Youth Soccer Program Coordinator – Soccer Shots CNWS

Compensation: $24,000/year + Performance‑Based Bonuses

• Coach engaging, age‑appropriate soccer sessions while promoting the program at schools and local events
• Coordinate daily operations including class scheduling, coach assignments, and roster oversight
• Conduct outreach to preschools, daycares, and enrichment centers to build new partnerships and enrollments
• Serve as a key contact, communicating effectively with parents, coaches, and school administrators
• Attend community events, implement marketing strategies, and increase local visibility
• Provide support to coaches, ensuring they have the resources, schedules, and equipment needed to succeed

• Weekday availability between 9:00–11:30 AM and 2:30–4:30 PM is required
• Strong communication and sales skills, able to confidently build relationships and close deals with school directors and parents
• 1+ year of experience working with children ages 2–8 in an educational, childcare, or recreational setting
• 1+ year of sales or business development experience
• Experience with soccer, park district, or enrichment programs (strongly preferred)
• A fun, energetic personality comfortable performing, leading, and engaging children in a playful way
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to schools and locations in the NW suburbs
• Organized and goal‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and proactively drive program growth
