• Minimum 10+ years of full-time, professional trade experience
• Background in construction, remodeling, handyman services, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades
• Strong hands-on ability in multiple areas, including:
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Painting
  • Tile & Flooring
• Must own a standard set of professional tools
• Must own a truck or van
• Must live in the Illinois Fox Valley region (Crystal Lake south to Aurora), Kane County, or Southern McHenry County
• Experience limited to DIY projects, home ownership, or rental properties does not qualify and will not be considered

• Completes jobs efficiently and correctly with minimal callbacks
• Communicates clearly with customers and the office before, during, and after each job
• Demonstrates professionalism customers consistently comment on and appreciate
• Proactively identifies small fixes or improvements that add value for customers
• Takes feedback seriously and shows visible improvement week over week
• Is trusted by the office team to represent the Ace brand independently

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
