What You'll Do- Develop strong working relationships with the team
- Install residential and light commercial units
- Mentor junior installers
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC installer
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- EPA Certification
- Bonus points for any NATE certifications you bring with you
