$20.00 - $25.00 + incentives
Responsibilities- Act as an assistant to the Lead HVAC Installer
- Excellent communication with homeowners
- Help with the AC installation process and commissioning/startup
- Manage project timelines and work scope
- Keep track of tools and stay well organized
- Be self‑sufficient and willing to learn
- Maintain a professional appearance
- 1 - 2 Years experience
- Willing to work hard
- Highly trainable
- Willing to obtain EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Must be able to work extended hours during peak seasons
