Provide customer service to location personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor/vendor check-in processes, including verifying identification and documenting entries and exits;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting onsite leadership or emergency services as needed;
Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and observed conditions and communicate updates to leadership and site contacts
