We are hiring Outside Sales Representatives to support growth across Illinois and Wisconsin.
This is a field-based, consultative sales role
. When not actively in the field, team members are expected to be in the office for training, meetings, pipeline management, and collaboration.
W-2 position with base draw and uncapped commission
- Weekly draw of $1,000 (paid bi-weekly)
- 10% commission on all collected revenue
- Commissions paid monthly
- Draw protection during initial ramp when targets are met
Earnings
- Annual draw equivalent: $52,000
- $152,000 at 100% of target
- $200,000+ for top performers
Targets are based on collected revenue and pipeline health

- Conduct exterior evaluations on residential and light commercial properties
- Present exterior improvement and restoration solutions
- Manage opportunities from inspection through contract
- Work retail and insurance-assisted projects
- Generate opportunities through self-generated field activity and follow-up
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline records
- Participate in office-based meetings and reviews when not in the field
- Execute within a defined sales process
- Activity-driven outside sales role
- Self-generation is a core expectation
- Additional opportunities may be provided based on performance and capacity
- Territories are assigned and adjusted based on performance, coverage needs, and growth plans
- Experience in outside sales, construction, roofing, restoration, or home improvement
- Comfort with field-based, activity-driven sales
- Ability to balance field work with office responsibilities
- Coachability and accountability
- Strong communication and professional presence
- Organized, disciplined, and pipeline-focused
- Motivated to exceed targets and build a long-term career
- Prior success in roofing, exterior remodeling, or restoration sales
- Experience working retail and insurance-assisted projects
- Door-to-door, territory, or in-home sales background
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
- History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience operating in structured sales environments
- Structured onboarding and 90-day ramp
- Sales process and product training
- CRM and systems training
- Ongoing coaching and performance reviews
Advancement into senior sales, territory leadership, or management is based on performance and consistency
