Part time Parts Counter Associate

Biggers Mazda in Elgin is looking to fill this position where the candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Service & Parts departments by assisting, advisors, technicians and customers with the purchase and use of parts. Presenting the whole job every time. We are in our new facility and are looking to add some new team members to the store.

Currently position is Part time.

Job Responsibilities of our Parts Counter Associate:

• Assisting the Parts/Service Manager with whatever they may need throughout the day.
• Answer incoming phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Greeting customers that come into the service center in a friendly professional manner.
• Working with technicians to ensure they have the right parts, and going to get the necessary parts to assist with the completion of their job.
• Receipts daily stock and orders.

Parts Counter Associate Job Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive parts sales is preferred.
• Good communication skills with a strong customer service background.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Bilingual a plus
