• Ensure safe operation of the facility by following safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, performing proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up clean displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify their needs, locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, provide Deli products, resolve concerns, and promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Follow food‑handling and cold chain policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, monitor freezer and cooler operation, clean the area, and report issues to management.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and displays, ensure product availability, verify expiration dates, and dispose of inferior products.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in stocking and customer service preferred.
