Overview
Store Support role at The Home Depot. Position involves a variety of non-sales functions to support store operations and customer experience.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in the store and on the sales floor, directing them to departments or merchandise as needed.
- Provide administrative services and support order fulfillment processes.
- Interact with customers or vendors as required, including answering questions on product order status.
- Handle cash management or program compliance where applicable and maintain a high level of integrity.
- Collaborate with other Associates, vendors, and carriers; demonstrate time management and focus on store-specific business objectives.
- Roles may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
- Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with limited supervision.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
$15.00/hr - $17.00/hr
