Merchandise and Stocking Associate

Position:
Merchandising & stocking associate. This role supports members by keeping shelves stocked, helping with backroom organization, unloading trucks, and assisting with club pick-up orders. The work can be physically demanding and is fast-paced, with opportunities to move and stock products throughout the store.

• Unloading trucks and stocking shelves in the store and backroom
• Assisting fellow associates and engaging with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Promptly unloading trucks and staging products for club pick-up orders as needed
• Ensuring products are displayed and signed according to policies; monitoring product rotation and shelf integrity
• Providing member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, and assisting with purchases
