As a Loaner Coordinator/Cashier at McGrath Honda, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. You will be responsible for managing loaner vehicles, processing financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to be a part of a customer‑focused team in the automotive industry.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage loaner vehicle reservations, check‑ins, and check‑outs.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and condition.
• Process customer payments, including cash, credit card, and check transactions.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of loaner vehicles.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Uphold dealership policies and procedures related to loaner vehicles and cashier duties.

• At least one year customer service or cashier role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and transaction processing.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures and technologies.
• Availability to work Sundays
