BARTENDER - Part Time

We are looking for a personable and service-oriented Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional customer service. As a bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for engaging with guests, crafting beverages, and ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued.

Responsible for providing beverages to guests while maintaining exceptional guest service. Must be minimally 21 years old.

• Give prompt, pleasant, courteous and efficient service.
• Utilize alcohol awareness training at all times while acknowledging all guests with a prompt and friendly greeting
• Anticipate all guest's needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Verify legal drinking age of guests.
• Complete all side work duties and ensure work area is prepared for succeeding shift.
• Maintain cleanliness behind bar.
• Offer a unique service while sustaining a level of professionalism that encourages guests to return.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Perform all other tasks that may be assigned in the future.

High school diploma/GED preferred. Prior bartending experience required.

Level 3 Occupational Illinois Gaming Board License;
Illinois Alcohol Awareness Certification required;
Bartender's certification required.

$10 - 11.40 per hour (Depending on Experience)
