Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Document Specialist to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our documentation processes. This role involves reviewing batch records, completing records in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and managing quality documentation. The specialist will also be responsible for communicating findings to leadership.
Responsibilities- Review batch records regularly and ensure they are completed according to standard operating procedures.
- Manage and maintain quality documentation.
- Communicate findings and issues to leadership effectively.
- Background in quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent handwriting skills.
- Ability to read and write in English.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
