Position Type: 1 year contract assignment with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need

Compensation: $25/HR
- Under the guidance of senior scientists, prepare batches of polyamide hot-melt adhesives or polyurethane adhesives.
- Perform testing and evaluation of adhesive products.
- Collect, analyze, and present data to scientists and technical staff.
- Participate in training programs to develop proficiency in all assigned duties.
– Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field from a four-year college or university, with three (3) or more years of related experience in the rubber, plastics compounding, or coatings industry.
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Chemistry, Materials Science, a related field, with five (5) or more years of related experience and/or extensive training in the rubber, plastics compounding, or coatings industry.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
