A leading adhesive manufacturer in Elgin, IL is seeking a Product Development Technician to prepare batches of hot melt adhesives and conduct performance tests. This role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Chemistry or Material Science, along with experience in the Rubber or Plastics industry. Comprehensive training will be provided. The position offers a pay rate between $23-$25/hour and includes various health and retirement benefits.
