• Conduct on‑site production quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards
• Oversee in‑process quality inspectors and manage quality auditors
• Engage in calibration of measuring equipment and maintain its accuracy
• Collaborate with various teams to address quality‑related inquiries and provide guidance
• Adapt to shifting responsibilities based on production demands and quality requirements
• Assist in training team members on quality control processes and standards

• At least 1‑2 years of experience in plastic injection molding or overmolding
• A minimum of 3‑4 years of overall manufacturing quality control experience
• Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding geometric tolerances
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including knowledge of pivot tables
• Experience with Micro‑Vu or similar measurement systems is highly preferred
• Understanding of control plans and ability to perform measurements using Micro‑Vu
• PFMEA certification or substantial understanding of failure mode analysis
• Previous management experience with a minimum of 5 direct reports
