Job Details
Permanent Project Manager for Electrical Construction to join our team. This role will offer you the opportunity to leverage your industry expertise and leadership skills to manage a variety of electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, industrial, NEC, equipment, and construction management. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, particularly with a focus on electrical construction.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal team members to ensure project success.Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical and construction safety standards and regulations, including NEC.Manage project equipment needs, including procurement, maintenance, and logistics.Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status to senior management.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.Continually improve project management processes and practices, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.Qualifications
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical construction.Proven experience in managing large‑scale electrical construction projects from initiation to completion.In‑depth knowledge of electrical systems, industrial equipment, and construction management practices.Familiarity with NEC and other relevant electrical and construction safety standards and regulations.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders.A degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.If you are a driven, dedicated professional with a passion for electrical construction and project management, we would love to hear from you.
