• Craft strategic service plans to elevate branch performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing and motivated sales team.
• Support and development of staff members and clear communication of branch processes.
• Manage competing priorities and make impactful decisions.
• Provide strategy and support for new and existing clients.
• Champion a culture of safety that prioritizes team well-being
• Hold teams accountable to hit fulfillment goals.

• Extensive experience in senior leadership role with a track record of success
• Ability to problem solve, delegate, and motivate teams.
• A vision for the success of your team by fostering a supportive and driven work environment.
• High level of customer service and account management skills

Base salary $95,000- $120,000 with unlimited bonus potential
