This position will supervise the overall operation of the field services department for its defined territory. It will coordinate and manage resources to carry out field services jobs, including system equipment installation, checkout, maintenance, and repairs, in compliance with SOPs, safety, environmental policies and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Ensure operations are done safely and in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Manage and train new employees to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability
• Ensure all employees are properly trained and equipped with the necessary tools
• Compile and analyze reports for decision making, management reporting and compliance
• Manage departmental budget and business plan for functional area
• Work with sales personnel to develop cost and operation plans for field service projects; ensure projects are completed on the defined cost basis
• Identify resource needs and provide justification
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
• Other duties as assigned

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to supervise and lead employees
• Effective communication, both oral & written
• Provide external sales support to existing direct sales representatives and customers

• 5+ years of related experience required
• Previous management experience with budgetary and profit & loss (P&L) responsibility preferred
• Proven ability to lead others required

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Physical: drug & alcohol screening, background check in accordance with local laws and regulations

• Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats

• Frequent lifting of materials that typically weigh 54‑80 lbs
• Frequent pushing/pulling of 16‑55 gallon drums or larger containers of waste/product using CC-approved equipment; drum weight may exceed 400 lbs
• Frequent lifting of hoses weighing up to 55 lbs
• Frequent climbing of ladders to access approved waste streams
• Occasionally pulling/dragging of hoses weighing up to 55 lbs each
• Frequent lifting of grates, manhole covers and other plates to access approved waste streams
• All applicants must pass the pre‑employment physical including drug & alcohol screening
