- provide standard emt/ paramedic skills to care for patients.
- maintain communication effectively and efficiently with co‑workers and dispatch.
- clear and professional interactions and communication with hospital and nursing staff.
- deliver compassionate care to patients and their families.
- maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
- idph / nremt certification required.
- must have critical care license: required.
- must have paramedic license: required
- illinois driver's license in good standing.
- requires high school diploma or equivalent
- fit for duty ( push/ pull / lift/ squat/ stand/ sit)
- must pass pre‑employment physical
