Responsibilities- Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping & laundry
- Offer medication reminders (we don’t administer medications)
- Escort clients to appointments or errands
- Support mobility & home safety
- Follow individualized care plans & document activities
- Observe and report changes in condition

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Caregiving experience (paid or unpaid) a plus
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (if transporting clients)
- Must pass background screening
- A caring heart & commitment to exceptional care
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Experience with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or mobility assistance
- CNA or HHA certification
- Experience providing home services to seniors, or enrollment/completion of a nursing or CNA program
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent independent decision-making ability
- Reliable transportation to client homes
