A community mental health organization in Elgin seeks a part-time Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy, and manage cases for clients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and be licensed or licensed eligible in Illinois. The position requires strong counseling skills, a service ratio of 80% for direct client service, and ability to work with diverse populations.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, and candidates must be available for evening and weekend work.
