Certification Details
- RN Surgery position at Saint Joseph Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare Foundation, Inc.
- Dayshift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
- On-call required with rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Job Details
- Must have a valid nursing license (Nursys verification).
- Driver's license, State , or Passport required.
- Must complete Prime OIG and Prime SAM/EPLS checks.
- Must pass Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) within 60 days of start.
- Annual Relias training including Prime Color-blind test.
- Prime Agency Attestation required after credential upload.
- COVID-19 vaccine (2 doses and booster) or declination required.
- Proof of MMR immunity or vaccination required.
- Annual Respirator fit test required prior to start.
- Hepatitis B vaccination required.
- Influenza vaccine or declination required during flu season.
- TB test within one year of start date required.
- Varicella vaccination or immunity proof required.
- Tdap vaccination required.
- Annual TB Questionnaire required.
- Physical/Health Statement required annually.
- Prime Core Competencies Exam with minimum 80% score required.
- Prime Criminal Background Check within one year of start date required.
- Prime Badge Photo required.
- Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required.
- Prime Job Description signed by employee required.
- DCI/BVP training for Workplace Violence Prevention required.
- Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam with minimum 80% score required.
- Prime Specialty Exam with minimum 80% score required.
- Prime Education Verification required.
- Essentials Onboarding Packet completion required.
- Onboarding Education Attestation required.

Schedule Information
- Must upload notarized name affidavit for any name discrepancies between credentials (optional).
