• Assist with Personal Care:
  Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting
• Provide Companionship and Meaningful Engagement
• Prepare Meals and Assist with Feeding
• Perform Light Housekeeping and Laundry
• Provide Medication Reminders (No Medication Administration)
• Escort Clients to Appointments and Errands
• Assist with Mobility and Ensure Home Safety
• Follow Individualized Care Plans and Document Care Provided
• Observe, Report, and Communicate Changes in Client Condition

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience required
• Professional caregiving or family caregiving experience accepted
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable transportation is required
• Valid driver’s license required if transporting clients
• Willing and able to travel to Huntley, Algonquin, Cary, Elgin, South Elgin, and surrounding areas (Applicants unwilling to travel to these locations will not be considered)
• Must pass background screening
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care

• CPR / First Aid Certification
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care
• CNA or HHA Certification
• Experience with mobility assistance

• Experience providing in-home services to seniors or enrollment/completion of a CNA or nursing program
• Ability to work independently
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Reliable transportation between client homes
