Responsibilities

Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays.

• AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred
• One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred
• County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current

Saint Joseph Hospital - Elgin offers competitive compensation. Estimated wages are $16.00 to $23.17. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
