– Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Offer medication reminders (non-administrative)
- Escort clients to appointments or errands
- Support mobility and maintain home safety
- Follow individualized care plans and document activities
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Meaningful work making a real difference every day

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Caregiving experience (paid or unpaid) a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if transporting clients)
- Must pass background screening
- Caring, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Experience with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or mobility assistance
- CNA or HHA certification
- Experience providing home services to seniors OR enrollment/completion of a nursing or CNA program
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Reliable transportation to client homes
