F. Edwards is seeking a Senior Registered Financial Client Associate to join our team.

The Senior Registered Financial Client Associate is a critical teammate in providing exceptional service and support to a Financial Advisor or team of Advisors and clients ensuring that all clients needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Senior Registered Financial Client Associates have the opportunity to shape the client experience in a way that delights those we provide service and drives trust and confidence and forging lifelong relationships.

• Provide administrative support to maintain client accounts for the Financial Advisor(s).
• Deliver client service and respond to phone and email inquiries.
• Perform account research and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain client notes and filing/record keeping in accordance with Compliance regulations by following policy and procedure.
• Greet visitors and assist with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Research and resolve questions from clients and team members.
• Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.
