Job Details

Our company, a leading force in the A/V industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced A/V Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where creativity, innovation, and technical acumen are highly valued. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, managing, and maintaining our audio/visual and IT systems, ensuring smooth operations in our control room and across the company.

Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, and managing A/V and IT systems across the company.

Overseeing the layout and operations of the control room.

Developing and implementing HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems.

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure system compatibility and efficiency.

Providing leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure our systems are current and competitive.

Ensuring all systems and operations comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years' experience in an A/V Engineering role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.

Proven experience in IT, control room operations, design, HMI, layout, leadership, and management.

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A deep understanding of A/V and IT systems and their applications in a business setting.

The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A commitment to keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
