Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Rate of PayThis is a Full-Time Support Staff position at grade 15, with an annual salary range of $63,042 to $84,056. The salary offer will be based on education and experience, in alignment with the College’s compensation philosophy and the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), if applicable.

Job SummaryThe Career Training Coordinator develops, promotes, implements, and manages a portfolio of 30–40 competitively priced non‑credit professional learning courses and programs that lead to industry‑recognized credentials and support or enhance student employability. Responsibilities include researching high‑demand fields and their credentialing requirements; aligning curriculum with those requirements; evaluating instructor qualifications and experience; maintaining records in accordance with college policy; and, when applicable, preparing Illinois Community College Board (ICCB) applications for courses to ensure eligibility for 1.6 apportionment.
