The purpose of this position is to assist the Student Access & Disability Services office with greeting students, assisting students with completing online forms, answering phone, and providing general office support.

• Completed at least one semester of classes (at least 6 semester hours) at ECC
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with technology, including typing, MS Office, and basic computer functions

• Previous experience in and knowledge of the subject area preferred

• Greet students who come to Student Access & Disability Services office and check in student for appointment.
• Assist students, who come to Student Access & Disability Services office, with completing online form to register for or request accommodations.
• Navigate students, who come to Student Access & Disability Services, to other offices on campus.
• Answer phones and make calls
• General office support
• Reception desk coverage
