A local housing authority in Illinois is seeking a part-time Academic Tutor for a two-year Youth Build program starting in November 2023. The ideal candidate will facilitate GED preparation and basic skills education for disadvantaged youth. Responsibilities include developing individualized learning plans, administering assessments, and working collaboratively with a team. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of teaching experience, proficiency in educational technology, and a passion for helping young people succeed.

Position offers $20 per hour for 28 hours weekly.
