Join Crossover to design an AI‑powered literacy program that delivers rapid reading gains. In this role you will combine direct student instruction with program architecture to extend effective literacy instruction to hundreds of students across multiple sites.

$60.00/hr – $60.00/hr (equivalent to $120,000 annual salary)

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage students and foster enthusiasm for reading.
• Examining student performance data to iteratively improve instructional methods and identify actionable patterns.
• Partnering with engineering staff to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree and advanced reading instruction certification (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students.
• Demonstrated ability to assess reading levels, organize student groups, and create differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
• Experience working with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Availability to work on‑site at one of the above campuses.
